Detoxification is the process of removing toxins from the body. It helps set the stage for a truly integrated whole being wellness journey by cleansing the toxins, negative energy and chemicals from the body with the aim to attain a state of optimal health.

Detoxing is good for you because it reduces the toxic load. We are exposed to toxins from various sources every day, such as air pollution, processed foods and household chemicals. These toxins can build up in the body over time and contribute to chronic health problems so by detoxing, we remove accumulated toxins allowing the body to function more efficiently.
