Jyoti is a qualified Yoga & Pranayama teacher with more than 12 years of teaching experience in all types of Yogic modalities. She aims to bring a unique sense of empowerment during each of her classes, through use of intentions, basic to advanced asanas, Pranayama, internal body organ cleansing exercises (Shudhi Kriyas), meditation and all the Bandhas (energy locks).
Jyoti feels blessed to have been personally trained in Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama by renowned Yoga Guru, O.P. Tiwari from Kaivalyadhama, India. Since an early age, Jyoti has expressed a keen interest in Yogic philosophies. This enthusiasm led her to study Yoga Sutras (original Yogic textbooks) to increase her knowledge and understanding of all types of Yoga, including Traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Therapeutic Yoga and breathing practices.
Jyoti’s teaching style encourages clearer thoughts and greater meaning for Yoga in each individual. She applies her knowledge and skills to address a wide range of physical imbalances ranging from chronic pains, cervical, postural and joint stiffness, arthritis, sleep disorders, fluid retention and more. Jyoti also strives to live a yogic lifestyle and to lead each class in a way that reflects the same.

The intention for these sessions is to provide a safe and friendly environment where you can discuss any health issues or concerns, as well as pre-existing conditions that may be affecting your physical, mental, emotional or spiritual wellbeing. After carefully listening to your needs, our practitioners will offer recommendations for you to consider that will help address your concerns and move closer towards your wellness goals.
Our Naturopaths can assist with an extensive range of health issues, including the management of certain chronic conditions. We ask you to share thorough details of your current medical conditions and any medicines you may be taking to ensure that any recommendations made by our practitioners complement your current treatment plan.
As all of the services we offer on Kamalaya Connect are facilitated online, you can be located anywhere in the world with an internet connection, and you will be able to benefit from all of our life-enhancing products.

After receiving payment, we will email you to confirm your appointment, share instructions on how to participate in the session and explain how to reschedule your appointment time, date, or both within the allowed terms and conditions.
Our online sessions take place using the Zoom video and audio conferencing application. Our confirmation email will include a Zoom meeting invitation consisting of a URL link, a meeting ID number and a meeting password. Approximately five minutes before the start of your appointment, please click on the link to join the arranged meeting. You will see a notification informing you that you are waiting for the meeting organiser (Kamalaya) to let you into the virtual meeting room. These few minutes provide an excellent opportunity to test your audio signal and microphone settings so that you are all ready to go. Your practitioner will then welcome you into the meeting room, and your consultation will begin.
After your session ends, you can leave the meeting by pressing the ‘Leave Meeting’ button. If you have no other Zoom meetings planned for the rest of your day, you may choose to quit the Zoom application.
