Our dynamic workshops delve into a diverse array of vital topics, spanning from profound explorations of holistic health for body, mind, heart and spirit to adeptly navigating negative emotions, mastering breathing techniques, fostering sustainable habits and beyond. Furthermore, our roster features illuminating sessions on optimising sleep and nurturing gut health.

Guided by Kamalaya’s seasoned wellness practitioners boasting decades of collective expertise, these workshops are carefully structured using proven educational methodologies that have empowered countless individuals worldwide to embrace and manage their physical, emotional and lifestyle wellbeing.

Mark your calendar for the last Saturday of each month, as our workshops commence at 16.30 Bangkok time (GMT +7) and run for approximately 60 minutes. Participants will have a unique opportunity to engage directly with life enhancement mentors, naturopaths and physiotherapists. Through these interactions, participants can pose queries, hone various techniques and acquaint themselves with indispensable self-management tools – all at an accessible fee of just $29 per workshop.
