Description
This workshop combines accessible science and most recent research with practical guidance and is suitable both for those experiencing sleep challenges and for anyone interested in improving their energy, recovery, resilience, and overall health.
Participants are encouraged to reflect on their own sleep and daily routines during the session. Rather than prescribing a rigid or “perfect” sleep routine, the workshop will help you recognise factors that may be influencing your sleep and identify one or two realistic changes that can become sustainable daily habits.
The workshop is educational in nature and is not intended to replace individual medical assessments or treatment for persistent sleep disorders.
