Cultivating Gratitude and Positive Mindsets

WORKSHOPS

LIVE ONLINE WORKSHOP WITH ĀDI - SPIRITUAL TEACHER

Gratitude is not just an emotion—it is a state of awareness that gently shifts how we experience life. When gratitude becomes a way of seeing, the mind softens, the heart opens, and a natural sense of positivity begins to arise.

This wellness-focused and spiritually aligned workshop invites you to slow down, reconnect inwardly, and rediscover the quiet abundance already present in your life. Through mindful reflection, guided practices, and conscious inquiry, participants will learn how gratitude heals emotional patterns, balances the nervous system, and nurtures a peaceful, positive mindset.

Rather than forcing optimism, this session supports an organic transformation—where clarity replaces mental noise and appreciation replaces inner resistance.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • Gratitude as a Healing Practice: Learn how gratitude supports emotional well-being, inner harmony, and a deeper connection with life.
  • Mindful Shifts for a Positive Inner Climate: Simple daily practices to gently transform habitual thought patterns into awareness and ease.
  • Living from Wholeness, Not Lack: Cultivate an inner attitude of fullness that remains steady amidst change and uncertainty.

SATURDAY, 31 JANUARY, 2026, 16:30 (GMT +7)

Session Duration: 60 minutes

Description

What to expect:

This workshop offers a nurturing and practical space to gently transform the inner landscape of the mind and heart. By consciously cultivating gratitude and a positive mindset, participants experience reduced stress, emotional balance, and a calmer nervous system, making it especially supportive for those dealing with anxiety, burnout, low mood, overthinking, or chronic dissatisfaction.

The practices shared help soften negative thought loops, improve sleep quality, enhance emotional resilience, and restore a sense of meaning and contentment in daily life. As gratitude deepens, mental clarity improves, relationships become more harmonious, and self-compassion naturally grows.

Rather than offering quick fixes, this workshop empowers participants with sustainable inner tools that support long-term wellbeing, mindful living, and a more peaceful relationship with oneself and the world.

Spiritual Teacher

Ādi, born Bhupender Singh Negi, began his spiritual journey as a teenager. His inner quest led him to a life transforming experience of living as a brahmachari (Ascetic) for more than 12 years in various Gurukula Ashrams across India. During this period, Swami Hariomananda Saraswati initiated him into the Guru Parampara and gave him the name “Ādi”. With a foundation in Vedānta and bhakti yoga, Ādi was further influenced by his mother, a devoted karma yogi. Though trained in marine engineering, his spiritual path led him to live among the sages, study Yoga Darshana and Advaita Vedānta, mastering scriptures, Sanskrit, and Vedic chanting. With over 19 years of practice, Ādi specialises in Kriya Yoga, Hatha Yoga, conducting fire ceremonies (Homam), Spiritual Discourses, Meditation and Spiritual Guidance. He holds a Master’s in Yoga Therapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advaita Vedānta Philosophy. As a Chakra Balancing Coach, he has guided over 500 individuals, teaching spiritual practices across India & around the world for more than seven years, making complex teachings accessible to all seekers.
