Jyoti Gautam is a well versed, qualified Yoga & Pranayama teacher with more than 12 years of teaching experience in various Yogic practices. She brings a unique sense of empowerment to her classes, through use of Intentions, basic to advanced asanas, Pranayama, internal body organ cleansing exercises (Shudhi Kriyas), meditation and all the Bandhas (energy locks). Her expertise ranges from helping with chronic pain, postural issues, arthritis, and sleep disorders to emotional resilience and mental clarity. Jyoti trained under the renowned Yoga Guru, O.P. Tiwari of Kaivalyadhama, India.
