- Choose a Topic that interests you most from Guided Meditation, Yoga, Fitness Sessions, Food & Nutrition, Mindfulness, Spirituality, Happiness or Holistic Health. You may also choose multiple topics at the same time.
- Choose content type that you prefer from Workshops, Wellness Programs, Private Consultation Sessions to Online Courses.
As our subscriber you will have access to a lot of free content as well that includes guided meditation, articles, expert wellness tips, nutrition & healthy recipes, educational podcasts and more.
We are currently offering five online wellness programs focusing on fitness, weight management, sleep, emotional balance, and immunity boost support. Each program offers 4 levels of depth from an introductory plan to a comprehensive program. In every program you will be working one-to-one with our wellness experts at your preferred pace and time.
If you are not ready to commit to a full program at this time, you can also book a consultation with one of our wellness representatives, just select a subject that fits your health goal the most.
Our online courses are pre-recorded and include educational video lectures along with follow-up handouts and homework. You can take the course at your preferred pace, anytime, anywhere; all you need is access to the internet.
